New FSA regulations require for insurers to obtain all information required (including information on all employers covered by policies and ERNs) for policies entered into or renewed from 1st April 2013.

We will now start asking for this information when a quotation is placed on risk, so long as it contains Employers Liability.

However, it will not be mandatory to enter the details for risks that incept prior to 1st April 2013.
